As we continue our U.S. expansion, we're investing in one of our most strategic product areas: Time Off &amp; Attendance.<br><br>We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to become the founding U.S. Product Manager for Time Off &amp; Attendance, owning the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for a product at the intersection of workforce management, compliance, payroll, and employee experience.<br><br>This is a rare opportunity to build for the U.S. market from the ground up while partnering with globally distributed teams across the U.S., UK, and Israel. You'll have end-to-end ownership, significant influence on product direction, and the chance to shape a critical part of HiBob's long-term growth strategy.<br><br><strong><u>Fixed</u> Salary Range: $180,000 - $215,000 + benefits &amp; stock options (ISOs)</strong>
