User Acquisition Manager (Non-search)

We're building out a new UA function from scratch, and we're hiring the first person to own it. If you've been doing paid social and native inside an aggregator or affiliate model and you're tired of touching one slice of a campaign while someone else owns the strategy, this is the opposite of that. You'll run the full stack - architecture, bidding, creative loop, funnel, testing cadence - across Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Taboola. No inherited playbook. You're writing it. What you'll own Full campaign lifecycle across Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Taboola The creative loop: briefing, reading performance, pushing the next test Funnel thinking: LP sequencing, post-click optimization, conversion context Traffic quality and fraud awareness, especially on native A real testing cadence - creative, audience, LP - with clean hypotheses and honest reads Reporting that cuts through noise, not just dashboards for their own sake The playbooks and processes themselves, since none exist yet Why this role Early hire on a new team - you shape the function, not join an existing one Real ownership from day one, with room to expand into new verticals and channels as we grow The scope grows with us - new verticals, new channels, new team, and one big opportunity
