We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our Digital Workplace team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both backend and frontend development, with experience building scalable applications and integrating advance solutions and technologies. You will work on cutting-edge projects, leveraging advanced AI-assisted coding tools (such as GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity and code quality. This role requires a proactive, independent problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and content switching between project, solutions, and clients.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python (required) and/or .NET.
Build responsive, intuitive front-end applications using React or Angular, leveraging modern design libraries and build design systems.
Architect and implement AI-powered solutions, including advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
Evaluate, select, and integrate appropriate tools and frameworks to meet business needs.
Leverage advanced AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Amazon CodeWhisperer) to enhance productivity, code quality, and rapid prototyping.
Hands-on experience building LLM applications using LangChain, LangGraph
Deep understanding of advanced RAG concepts and practical experience with RAG pipelines and vector dbs.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
Ability to independently research, evaluate, and implement new tools and methodologies.
Experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar, and ability to integrate these tools effectively into daily development workflows.
Familiarity with RESTful API design, ORM tools, and scalable application architecture.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
