About the role
Join Jeen Talk and help build one of the most advanced Enterprise Conversational AI platforms. You'll develop production-ready Voice AI and Chat AI solutions used by enterprise customers worldwide, working on real-time voice infrastructure, AI orchestration, and modern web applications.
You'll be part of a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership, working closely with Product, AI, and DevOps teams to build scalable AI-powered customer experience solutions.
What you'll do
Develop production-grade AI Voice Agents and Chat Agents.
Build scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI.
Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and additional AI providers.
Design scalable multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
Optimize performance, latency, scalability, and system reliability.
