Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) at Korro AI · Trevo
Korro helps children build the developmental, cognitive, and motor skills they need to thrive. Using AI and computer vision, we turn learning and practice into engaging, game-like experiences.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to be the UI/UX voice across Korro’s product lines, working closely with product, experience, and engineering to create design flows and experiences for children, parents, clinicians, and educators.
What you'll do
Own end-to-end product design across Korro’s product lines — from discovery and user flows to prototypes and production-ready UI
Turn complex product and user needs into simple, intuitive experiences
Design for very different audiences and contexts, from children playing independently to clinicians reviewing data
Build and maintain a design system that scales across products and platforms
Partner closely with product, engineering, and experience from early discovery through launch and iteration
Conduct user research and usability testing and translate insights into product decisions
Must-haves
Strong product thinking and deep user empathy, with experience designing for meaningfully different user groups
A portfolio showing ownership across multiple personas or product types, including the thinking and tradeoffs behind the work — not just polished screens
Expert-level Figma skills, including component libraries, prototyping, and production-quality developer handoff
Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing
Ability to take a product problem from ambiguity to a clear, well-designed solution
High degree of autonomy and ownership — you’ll be the senior design voice day-to-day
Strong written and async communication skills across distributed teams
Nice-to-haves
Experience with game design, gamification, or interactive experiences
Experience designing digital products for children, including age-appropriate UX principles
Experience with healthcare, education, or data-rich products
