Description
At Leadspotting, we develop data-driven solutions that power high-impact decision-making. We’re looking for a Product Designer to craft intuitive, elegant, and impactful user experiences for complex, data-driven platforms.
As a designer at Leadspotting, you’ll work on products that turn messy, unstructured data into insight and actions — building tools used by analysts, decision-makers, and operational teams in high-stakes domains like national security, policy, and enterprise risk.
This role is perfect for someone who loves designing in complexity, simplifying user flows, and collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and data experts (30% UI, 70% UX).
Key Responsibilities
Own the design process from user research to visual design and developer handoff.
Design end-to-end user experiences for web-based products, wireframes to high-fidelity mockups.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to translate complex workflows into clean, usable interfaces.
Create and maintain component libraries and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
Contribute to shaping product thinking and UX strategy across the company.
