Job Description
About the role
Project Manager (PMP)
Shape the way people find love.
Mylo is an AI-driven matchmaking platform that is redefining online dating by focusing on deep compatibility and intentional connection rather than superficial swiping. As an active, personal AI matchmaker, mylo uses adaptive intelligence to understand personality, values, and relationship intent to help people form meaningful relationships.
Are you ready to keep the chaos of a growing startup from getting in the way of the mission? mylo isn't just another dating app. It's an AI matchmaker built to find love—and as we scale across product, growth, and a new market, we need a Project Manager to keep it all moving on time. Dating is broken. Together, we're fixing it.
Based in the heart of Tel Aviv, we're a dynamic startup with big dreams and an even bigger mission. We've had a highly successful launch and are gearing up for a massive U.S. expansion. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you won't just be updating a timeline; you'll be making sure the right work happens in the right order, across every team building mylo.
What you'll do
Own the Roadmap Execution: Turn mylo's product, growth, and expansion priorities into clear project plans with real owners, timelines, and dependencies.
Coordinate Across Teams: Keep engineering, product, marketing, and leadership aligned as multiple workstreams — from new feature launches to the U.S. rollout — run in parallel.
Remove Blockers: Spot what's stuck before it becomes a crisis, and chase down whatever's needed to get it moving again.
Bring Structure Without Slowing Us Down: Introduce the right amount of process for a fast-moving startup — enough to keep projects on track, not so much that it becomes its own overhead.
Report Up and Out: Keep leadership and the team informed on status, risks, and what's actually shipping, with a clear view of what's on track and what isn't.
Requirements
Experienced: 3-5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally at a startup or fast-moving product company. PMP certification required.
Organized Under Pressure: You can hold five moving projects in your head at once without losing track of any of them.
A Real Communicator: You translate between engineering, marketing, and leadership without anything getting lost or misunderstood.
Data-Informed & Growth-Obsessed: You track the metrics that show whether a project actually moved the needle, not just whether it shipped.
A Startup Operator: You take extreme ownership, prioritize speed, and navigate ambiguity with ease in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points: Experience managing projects across both technical and non-technical teams, familiarity with tools like monday.com or Jira, or prior work at a company going through international expansion.
Work Setup & Perks
Location: Hybrid position based out of our office in the heart of Tel Aviv.
Impact: High ownership, a competitive salary, and a dynamic team environment where you will shape how mylo executes from the ground up.
Mission: Work on a product with real emotional depth, cultural relevance, and the power to change lives.
