Description
Entain is looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Growth Product Builder to take complete operational ownership of creating and optimizing landing pages for our global performance marketing channels. In this role, you will be the direct engine behind the gateways handling hundreds of millions of dollars in marketing spend across premier brands like bwin, Ladbrokes, Coral, and PartyPoker.
This is not a traditional, hands-off management role. You will be a hybrid builder, someone who started in frontend web development (HTML, CSS, JS) and has a sharp eye for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and design. You will work directly with performance marketing stakeholders, brand managers, and design teams to take brief requirements and personally build, code, and launch innovative landing pages directly inside our Sitecore CMS framework.
By aggressively utilizing cutting-edge AI generation tools, you will act as a force multiplier—rapidly executing layouts, copy variations, and functional tests on your own without waiting for central development queues.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Page Creation: Take a campaign brief from marketing or a concept from design and personally build, format, and publish the landing pages directly inside the CMS. You are the solo owner of the execution phase.
AI-Powered Assembly & Coding: Actively use modern AI tools to generate high-performing frontend code, write clean copy variations, and assemble layouts at lightning speed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Performance Marketing teams to understand campaign goals, and with Brand/Design teams to ensure every page is visually stunning and strictly compliant, all while optimizing for maximum conversion drop-offs.
Hands-on Front-End Customization: Know exactly when to build modularly using design system components for speed, inject raw optimized HTML/CSS for quick validation, or configure interactive elements for deeper user engagement[cite: 1, 2].
A/B Testing Implementation: Personally set up, deploy, and monitor multivariate tests down the funnel to continuously lift registration and first-time deposit metrics.
Requirements
The Technical Foundation: Strong background in core frontend development (HTML5, CSS3, vanilla JavaScript). You must be completely comfortable looking at, writing, and debugging web code.
The Growth Shift: Experience in a Growth, CRO, or digital production role where your success was measured by hard conversion metrics (CVR, CTR), not just task completion.
CMS Execution: Direct experience authoring, structuring, and launching digital assets within enterprise CMS platforms (Sitecore experience is highly advantageous)[cite: 1, 2].
AI Tool Pro: Mastery of prompt engineering and AI development workflows to accelerate layout generation and asset production.
