As a Product Manager at HiBob, you’ll play a key role in building our innovative Benefits Administration product, contributing to HiBob’s reputation for delivering world-class solutions that modernize HR. You are energized by the challenge of creating and scaling products, have a strong product sense, and understand how to leverage data to tell compelling stories. Your experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments will allow you to drive initiatives that simplify benefits management while delivering compliant, efficient, and delightful experiences for HR teams and employees.<br><br><strong>There is a strong preference to fill this role in NYC with a hybrid schedule out of our office, but we will consider exceptional candidates who are based in the EST time zone and open to working remotely.<br><br>Base salary ranges from $140,000 - $180,000 per year.</strong><br><br>Location Eligibility: While this is a remote position, HiBob is currently authorized to hire in the following states: CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA.<br><br>
