Customer Success Operations Specialist

Job description Responsible for managing the execution of client’s rejects and customer success mechanism in Israel. The role includes operational management of task flows between the professional departments in the company. Monitoring schedules, ensuring that every customer inquiry receives a professional and quick response. The main goal: reducing reject processing time to a minimum and maintaining operational and project continuity.
