About the Team

The Product & Technology (P&T) Operations Analytics & Tools Team develops decision-ready internal products that turn complex organizational data into targeted leadership action. Our vision is to: Power the strategic intelligence that scales how P&T operates with alignment and speed.
We're looking for a product- and customer-oriented Senior Data Scientist who is passionate about unlocking data insights that directly tie to strategic execution. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering Workday Product Adoption Insights, objectively evaluating whether the features and AI agents we build are truly delivering the strategic value intended for our business and customers.
To achieve this, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to source and analyze adoption data from across the enterprise. The outcomes of your work will culminate in strategy-aligned insights, ensuring we scale our greatest accomplishments and continuously optimize the Workday Customer Experience.
