IRP Systems is developing the next generation of high-performance e-powertrain systems that will change the electric vehicles market, and we are seeking for an HRBP (Maternity Leave Replacement) to join our team.
You’ll be responsible for the following
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and business positions, including partnering with hiring managers, sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Lead end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes while supporting the full employee lifecycle, including HR administration, contracts, employee documentation, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Manage attendance and payroll preparation, ensuring accurate monthly payroll inputs in collaboration with managers and external payroll providers and internal teams.
Serve as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers, providing day-to-day HR support and guidance.
Coordinate employee wellbeing initiatives, company events, gifts, and employee engagement activities.
Manage HR vendors and administrative processes, including travel arrangements, office services, equipment coordination, and purchase orders.
Handle additional HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Support HR operations across multiple global sites, collaborating with international stakeholders while driving HR processes, reports, and continuous improvements.
Support the HR Director in Spain on strategic projects.
Handle or legal process.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field- Mandatory.
At least 5 years of HR experience, including full-cycle recruitment and HR operations in a high-tech environment.
Knowledge of Israel Labor Law and HR processes.
Proven experience recruiting technical positions.
Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, and payroll preparation.
Experience working in a global organization with international stakeholders.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, service-oriented, and hands-on approach.
