Our platforms help analysts and operators surface, understand, and act on complex data, in environments where accuracy, speed, and trust aren't optional.
We're growing our Product team and looking for a ** Product Manager** who wants to *build*, not just plan. This is a role for someone who wants deep, hands-on ownership of complex features — living inside the details of the product, working shoulder-to-shoulder with R&D and UX, and making sure what ships actually works, end to end.

Own complex features end-to-end — from problem definition through detailed specs, build, QA, and launch.
Write deep, precise specs and requirements docs that R&D can build from with minimal back-and-forth.
Partner daily with UX and multiple R&D teams to shape user-facing and system-level solutions.
Define acceptance criteria and stay engaged through delivery to ensure what ships matches intent.
Monitor product health post-launch — KPIs, usage data, system logs — and iterate based on real signal.
Validate assumptions through direct customer research and feedback loops.
Use AI tools as part of your core workflow (spec drafting, data analysis, research, documentation).
Communicate clearly and collaborate with internal stakeholders (Customer Success, TAMs, Presales, Sales) and directly with customers as needed, representing product decisions and gathering input.

3+ years in product management, with demonstrated ownership of complex, technical features.
Strong technical foundation — comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, and system design directly with engineers.
Track record of writing detailed specs and driving features through to delivery.
Experience partnering closely with UX designers on user-facing products.
Comfortable analyzing usage data and system logs to inform decisions.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
Excellent written communication — specs and technical documentation.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Diligent and thorough — sees tasks through to real completion.
Strong interpersonal skills — able to collaborate effectively across diverse, technical and non-technical teams, and communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders (CS, TAMs, Sales, customers).
High-level English (written and spoken).
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

B2B/B2G product experience.
Daily working experience with AI tools in a professional setting (e.g., Claude, Copilot).

Prior experience as a software engineer or in another hands-on technical role.
