Job Description
Monto's product is built on AI agents, and our outbound runs the same way. We already use agents to find, research, and engage the right companies, and we're expanding that motion. We're looking for an AI-Native BDR to run and grow it. You'll build new agents and workflows, improve the ones we have, and decide where agents lead and where a person adds more value. You'll also own the conversations with finance leaders that turn into pipeline.
