Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and analytical Senior Mechanical Thermal Analysis Engineer to join our multidisciplinary R&D team. In this role, you will perform thermal design, simulation, and validation activities for high-speed electronic systems. You will work closely with hardware and mechanical teams to ensure optimal thermal performance through simulation, design best practices, and validation. Your expertise will directly impact product reliability, performance, and manufacturability.
What you'll do
Perform thermal simulations and analysis using CFD tools to evaluate heat dissipation and thermal performance
Design and optimize mechanical solutions for thermal management, including heat sinks and thermal interfaces
Conduct thermal analysis of electronic enclosures and system-level packaging
