Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Video User Acquisition Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and analyzing video acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong focus on performance marketing and measurable business outcomes.
You will work closely with our Creative and Social Media teams, including designers and copywriters, to develop high-performing video creatives and continuously improve campaign performance through testing and data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize video user acquisition campaigns across digital advertising platforms.
Manage media buying activities, budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign performance.
Analyze campaign results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI and scale performance.
Collaborate closely with designers, video creators, and copywriters to develop, test, and iterate on creative assets.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, messaging, and campaign structures.
Monitor key performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and targeting strategies.
Maintain a high level of campaign accuracy, organization, and quality control.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, Media Buying, PPC, or a similar digital marketing role.
Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Display & Video 360 (DV360).
Strong understanding of media buying principles, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
Experience working with video advertising campaigns.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Highly independent, proactive, and able to manage projects with minimal supervision.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
