About the role

Architectural Engineer Location: Givat Shmuel, Israel Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site Klapper Architects is a leading Israeli architecture studio specializing in the planning and design of high-end private residences and sophisticated architectural projects for an international clientele. Led by founder Erez Klapper, the studio combines strong architectural research, advanced technology, and a refined design approach. Klapper Architects is among the few architecture firms in Israel working with a unique BIM-based methodology, enabling precise planning, parametric control, and efficient management of complex project data. We are looking for an experienced Architectural Engineer to join our team in Givat Shmuel. You will work closely with architects and project teams on high-end residential and institutional projects, from early design stages through detailed planning and construction documentation.

Developing and refining architectural plans and construction documents
Preparing detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation
Coordinating architectural, structural, civil, and engineering requirements

Developing and managing BIM models and project data

Working with Revit and other architectural and parametric design tools

Translating architectural concepts into accurate, practical, and buildable solutions

Coordinating with consultants, engineers, contractors, and suppliers

Reviewing plans and drawings for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable standards

Supporting projects through planning, permitting, and construction phases

Participating in project meetings and coordinating project deliverables

Contributing to the development and improvement of the studio’s BIM and digital workflows

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
3+ years of professional experience in an established architecture firm
Professional experience working on complex architectural projects
Strong understanding of architectural planning, detailing, and construction methods
Experience with BIM-based workflows, preferably Revit
Strong technical drawing and documentation skills
Ability to coordinate architectural work with structural, civil, and other consultants
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project requirements
Good understanding of Israeli building regulations, standards, and permitting processes
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the architectural team
Excellent Hebrew and good English communication skills
Residence in the Gush Dan metropolitan area
Ability to work full-time from our studio in Givat Shmuel

Nice to have

Experience with high-end residential projects
Experience with large-scale or complex architectural projects
Experience with parametric design and complex geometries
Advanced Revit skills
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects
Strong interest in architectural technology, BIM, and innovative design processes
