We are looking for an excellent Project Manager to join our team in Israel.
The position is permanent, full time, hybrid.
What you'll do
Responsible for the successful delivery and execution of LTS Innovation and Technology projects.
Lead projects through all phases, from initiation and launch to full lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with design control requirements.
Coordinate and drive execution across highly skilled, matrixed, multidisciplinary teams.
Operate with a high degree of autonomy, collaborating with cross-functional partners including R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Verification, and customers to ensure consistent progress on complex, high-impact projects.
Ensure adherence to project financials, defined scope, timelines, and development plans. Responsibilities include analyzing and documenting objectives, deliverables, resource needs, dependencies, critical paths, and potential issues.
Proactively identify and assess project risks; develop and implement effective mitigation and contingency plans.
Foster and maintain strong working relationships with customers, extended core teams, and senior leadership.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, Industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related engineering discipline.
Job skills:
A minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven experience in managing development projects — required
Professional background in the medical device industry — required
Demonstrated experience collaborating with global customers — required
Solid understanding of project management principles and best practices — required
Proven ability to manage complex projects effectively and deliver results within established timelines
Experience engaging directly with customers and senior leadership - required
Computer skills: Full control of all MS-Office applications including Microsoft project.
Language skills: Fluent English - Mother tongue level
