We’re Hiring: V&V Engineer – Medical Devices
Ready to take part in the development of innovative medical technologies and make a meaningful impact on product safety, quality, and performance?
We’re looking for a hands-on V&V Engineer to join a multidisciplinary R&D environment and support medical device projects from early development through final verification.
What you'll do
Define, write, and execute Design Verification protocols and test methods
Translate product requirements into comprehensive test coverage and traceability
Perform hands-on system testing in a laboratory environment
Work closely with R&D and System Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
Investigate defects and deviations, analyze results, and present findings
Support integration, test equipment, ECO, and sustaining activities
Contribute professional insights that influence product design and V&V strategy
Requirements
B.Sc. in Engineering or Science, or 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
Previous V&V experience in the medical device industry – required
Experience writing and executing test protocols in accordance with applicable standards
Ability to understand and test complex multidisciplinary systems
Fluent written and spoken English
A detail-oriented, quality-driven, and collaborative approach
