We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing R&D team. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, where you’ll influence architecture, development practices, and long-term system health while continuously learning and adapting as we grow.
What you'll do
End-to-end ownership (from design to deployment) of new components, prototypes, services, and new features.
Providing tech architecture designs backed by diagrams and documents.
Smashing bugs and preserving the systems alive.
Conducting code and design reviews for other teammates.
3–5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in a SaaS/production environment.
Proven ability to deliver production-grade features independently end-to-end (from concept to release), including quality, monitoring, and follow-ups.
Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB and/or MySQL, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
Experience with infrastructure or automation tooling such as Terraform (or equivalent IaC/automation tools).
Writing/maintaining technical designs and communicating trade-offs
Breaking down work into milestones
Providing reliable time estimates and proactively surfacing risks/dependencies
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivery, quality, and outcomes—not just implementation.
Product-aware and customer-focused; capable of making sound technical trade-offs to maximize value and reduce risk.
Assertive, critical thinker: challenges assumptions respectfully, asks the right questions, and pushes for clarity, correctness, and better solutions.
Clear communicator who collaborates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable operating in environments with ambiguity, evolving requirements, and high expectations.
