Original textDRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance.
The ERP Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of ERP implementors to successfully design, implement, and support ERP solutions across Logistics and/or Finance domains.
This role combines hands-on functional expertise with team leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery of ERP capabilities aligned with business processes and organizational strategy.
The position will work closely with IT/MIS, Finance, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders to drive successful ERP implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
1. Team Leadership & Delivery Management Lead and manage a team of 3+ ERP implementors (functional analysts/configurators) Plan, prioritize, and oversee team activities across implementation, support, and enhancement cycles Ensure delivery milestones are met (design, configuration, UAT, go-live, stabilization) Coach, mentor, and develop team members’ professional capabilities Get Engineering jobs on Telegram

2. ERP Implementation & Solution Design
Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects (requirements → deployment)
Translate business requirements into ERP solutions aligned with best practices
Ensure minimal customization approach and adherence to system standards
Oversee system configuration and functional design documentation
3. Functional Expertise (Logistics / Finance)
Act as a subject matter expert in one or more domains:
Logistics: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing/SCM
Finance: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Costing
Ensure proper business process mapping and system alignment
Support complex functional issue resolution
4. Oracle ERP Ownership
Lead implementation and support of Oracle ERP (on-prem or Cloud)
Ensure optimal usage of standard Oracle capabilities
(Advantage) Drive Oracle Cloud ERP implementation, upgrades, or migration
Work with integration teams on upstream/downstream systems
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the key interface between IT, Finance, Operations, and external partners
Support business users during testing, training, and go-live
Ensure alignment between ERP processes and organizational policies
6. Governance, Quality & Continuous Improvement
Enforce ERP standards, documentation, and change management processes
Support SOX / ITGC compliance where applicable
Identify improvement opportunities and optimize system usage
Drive automation and process standardization initiatives Experience 5–8 years of ERP experience, Hands-on implementation experience (Logistics and/or Finance modules) Leading ERP teams (minimum 3 team members) Proven experience in ERP project delivery (full lifecycle) Technical & Functional Skills Strong experience with Oracle ERP (mandatory) Deep functional knowledge in either: Supply Chain / Logistics modules, OR Financial modules Understanding of system integrations and business processes Leadership & Soft Skills Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work in a cross-functional, global environment Structured, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused mindset Experience in ERP transformation programs Experience working in multi-site / global organizations Familiarity with SOX / ITGC controls (advantage in your environment) Experience with change management and user adoption Success Metrics (KPIs) Successful delivery of ERP implementation milestones System adoption and user satisfaction Reduction in manual processes / operational inefficiencies Quality and stability of ERP solutions post go-live Team performance and capability growth Organizational Placement Reports to: Director of Application Works closely with: Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and external implementation partners Experience in Oracle Cloud ERP
