We are looking for an accomplished and passionate Java Team Leader to join our cyber intelligence team in India. You will have an opportunity to participate in developing state of the art security technologies, and benefit from high-level involvement in major projects that will significantly contribute to making our world safer and more secure.
What you'll do
Manage a cross-functional high performing agile automation full stack development team
Supervise all automation infrastructure development lifecycle including design, development, deployment and CI/CD processes
Build from scratch a large team of server-side, client-side and automation developers with full responsibility on the recruitment and onboarding processes
Mentor, empower and lead the way to a professional, collaborative and engaged unit
Collaborate closely with global development and QA teams, product owners, architects and system integration engineers to identify and solve challenging problems
BSc Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent
At least 5 years’ experience as a R&D manager/TL
Extensive background professional experience with server-side and technologies in high-performance complex systems
Nice to have
Experience with Automation tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Gauge
Experience in a global, adaptive and fast-responsive environment
In-depth understanding of the entire software development life cycle process (design, development, deployment, CI/CD processes, automation, build and release flows)
Experience with software deployment containers such as OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively
