What you'll do

הובלה וניהול מקצועי של צ'פטר backend
ליווי, חניכה והעצמה מקצועית של מפתחים
תכנון ופיתוח שירותי backend מבוססי Microservices
עבודה עם JAVA, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Kafka, Git ו-CI/CD
שותפות בקבלת החלטות טכנולוגיות, בחירת כלים ומסגרות עבודה
עבודה שוטפת מול צוותי frontend, ארכיטקטים, מנתחי מערכות וגורמים עסקיים

Requirements

לפחות 4 שנות ניסיון בפיתוח backend במערכות מורכבות
ניסיון בחונכות מקצועית וניהול צוות
שליטה מעמיקה ב- JAVA / Spring Boot
ניסיון בעבודה עם Microservices ו-Messaging
היכרות עם Kafka / ActiveMQ
היכרות עם תהליכי CI/CD, עבודה עם Git ו-Jenkins
הבנה בארכיטקטורת מערכות, Design Patterns ו-RESTful APIs
יכולת עבודה עצמאית ובצוות
תקשורת בין-אישית מצוינת ויכולת הנעת תהליכים המשרה מיועדת לנשים ולגברים כאחד.
