We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our demand generation engine. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs, optimize marketing funnels, and drive qualified pipeline across multiple markets. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who combines strong growth marketing expertise with analytical thinking, experimentation, and a passion for delivering measurable business results.
What you'll do
Own and execute full-funnel demand generation programs, from awareness through pipeline conversion.
AI Agent Orchestration: Build and deploy LLM agents that autonomously scrape competitor ads, rewrite brand battlecards, summarise media coverage, and draft personalised outbound sequences.
Manage paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other relevant channels to drive qualified pipeline.
Build, test, and continuously optimize landing pages, email sequences, conversion funnels, and campaign performance.
