What you'll do
Performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and providing administrative support to the Finance team, while maintaining accuracy, organization, and adherence to deadlines.
Entering and recording supplier invoices in the accounting system.
Reviewing supplier invoices and matching them with purchase orders in the system.
Handling routine bookkeeping tasks according to the department’s needs.
Providing ongoing administrative and operational support to the Finance department.
Recording and tracking employee travel expenses.
Handling ad-hoc bookkeeping tasks and supporting the Finance team with ongoing activities.
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or back-office role – mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
