We are looking for a Product Operations to strengthen the connection between Product teams, business stakeholders, and operational users. In this role, you will drive product adoption, improve product processes, translate business needs into actionable insights, and ensure effective collaboration across Product, Delivery, Operations, and business teams.
You will play a key role in optimizing product workflows, managing cross-functional initiatives, and enabling data-driven prioritization of product improvements.
What you'll do
Work closely with business users and operational teams to understand needs, challenges, feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
Lead business requirements gathering and support the definition of solutions for products, systems, and operational processes.
Manage and prioritize business-driven initiatives and product improvement opportunities in collaboration with Product teams.
Partner with Product Managers and Delivery teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions.
Support product releases, implementations, and adoption processes, including pilot programs and stakeholder communication.
Establish feedback loops with end users and analyze insights to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Track product adoption, process effectiveness, and business impact.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Operations, Business Analysis, or Business Project Management roles.
Strong ability to understand business needs and translate them into product improvements and operational solutions.
Experience working with business stakeholders, end users, and cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and drive execution.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong business and process-oriented mindset.
Experience working with Product and Delivery teams.
