We are expanding our presence in China and looking for an experienced Business Development leader to drive our growth in the Chinese mobile advertising market.
In this role, you will own the commercial strategy in China, lead client acquisition efforts, and build long-term partnerships with advertisers, agencies, and app developers. You will work closely with global leadership while building and guiding the local commercial team.

Responsibilities
Own and execute the sales and growth strategy for the Chinese market
Lead business development efforts and close new deals with mobile advertisers, agencies, and app developers
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners in the mobile ecosystem
Lead and mentor the local BD/Sales team, setting goals and driving performance
Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams
Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and global teams to ensure strong client delivery
Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and industry events
Requirements
5+ years experience in mobile advertising / ad-tech sales
Proven track record in selling mobile user acquisition, performance campaigns, or mobile ad solutions
Experience managing or mentoring a commercial team
Strong network and understanding of the Chinese mobile ecosystem
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Fluent English
Experience working with MMPs, DSPs, and mobile platforms
