We are looking for a talented and business-oriented Legal Counsel to join our legal team in Israel. In this role, you will support the Group’s growth through international mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and other corporate transactions, primarily relating to renewable energy projects.
What you'll do
Support M&A transactions and strategic investments.
Draft, review, comment, negotiate, and manage the transaction documentation.
Coordinate and oversee legal due diligence processes, identify legal risks, and offer practical solutions to mitigate them.
