Webselenese is seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven Senior Marketing Analyst with deep expertise in Search advertising across Google Ads and Bing Ads. You will own and scale paid search acquisition globally, with a strong focus on efficiency, experimentation, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in B2C and/or Finance and/or Gaming marketing environments, who understands full-funnel performance and thrives in a fast-paced, data-led team.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end management of Search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads
Plan, execute, and continuously optimize campaigns to meet CPA, ROAS, and growth targets
Conduct in-depth keyword research, query mining, and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities
Develop and refine bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and account structures
Run structured A/B tests across ad copy, landing pages, and bidding approaches
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, translating data into clear insights and actions
Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to improve conversion funnels and messaging alignment
Build dashboards and reports to track performance and inform strategic decisions
Requirements
3-4+ years of hands-on PPC experience, with a strong focus on Search
Proven expertise managing campaigns in Google Ads and Bing Ads
Experience working in B2C and/or Finance and/or Gaming marketing
Demonstrated success managing and scaling high-budget campaigns with measurable ROI
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Tableau (or similar)
Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page strategy
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
Proven experience leveraging AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to scale PPC workflows, including building custom Claude Projects, system prompts, or tailored AI personas for copy creation and audience research - An advantage
