We are looking for a Senior Director of Finance to join our leadership team in Israel. This role reports directly to Deputy GM, RADA Israel Leader and operates in close partnership with the BU CFO, functioning within a matrix organizational structure.
The Sr. Director Finance will serve as a strategic and operational finance leader, with primary responsibility for all financial activities across Israel and Rest of World (ROW) operations.
What you'll do
Act as a trusted financial business partner to the Deputy GM Israel Leader, supporting strategic decision-making, execution, and business growth
Lead and manage all financial operations in Israel and ROW entities, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements
Work closely with the BU CFO on financial reporting, planning, and performance management
Own and drive the financial planning cycle (budget, forecasts, long-term plans) for Israel and ROW
