<p>The successful candidate will be an outstanding commercial leader, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership positions within world-class technology companies. They will have experience building and managing high-performing sales teams (but will also be excited to hunt, lead from the front and close deals as well), driving operational excellence, and delivering against ambitious KPIs. </p><p>With an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences to WINT’s customers and partners, the successful candidate will be inspired by the company’s culture and mission, and the opportunity to further scale and grow a hugely promising and ambitious business. </p><p> </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Proven B2B SaaS Sales leader </strong></p><ul><li>Proven Sales leader with a track record of delivering against aggressive revenue targets through the full sales lifecycle.</li><li>Will have experience of building a successful sales teams.</li><li>Experience of implementing sales playbooks/frameworks. </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Customer Focus </strong></p><ul><li>Will have experience in Mid Market to Enterprise sized businesses.</li><li>Knowledge or experience in growing average deal values.</li><li>Knowledge or experience in helping teams transition from SMB to Mid Market/Enterprise sized businesses. </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Exceptional people leadership & team management </strong></p><ul><li>Will be an inspiring, engaging people leader, able to set a vision and bring people with them. </li><li>Will have a strong record of coaching, developing and retaining high-performing sales teams.</li><li>Will be a strong and challenging leader who has a passion for mentoring sales talent. </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Growth & scale experience/mindset </strong></p><ul><li>Would have lived through a successful high-growth journey with an SMB/mid-market SaaS organisation. </li><li>Will have experience or mindset of playing a key role in a growing, dynamic business and be comfortable with the change and pace. </li><li>Will give his or her team, the confidence that they can calmly and effectively manage through such high growth. </li></ul><br><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of SaaS sales experience with at least 3 years management experience</li><li>Proven experience in a Head Of Sales, Director Role or similar. </li><li>Preference for those who have sold SaaS into Real Estate or Construction industry.</li><li>Prior experience at a scaling startup</li><li>Prior experience working with an international team is preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in developing and executing successful sales strategies to drive revenue growth.</li><li><p>Experience or understanding to be able to understand technical products and make it simple.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to adapt strategies in response to changing market conditions.</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong presentation and negotiation skills for engaging with clients, partners and internal stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Alignment with the company's values and culture and a commitment to upholding its brand image in the UK market.</p></li></ul><p>Reporting To:</p>CRO<br><br>Location:<br>London- Hybrid
