We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager to own our corporate IT operations and employee technology experience.
You will administer Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, and Slack; manage devices and SaaS applications; and use AI and automation to streamline IT workflows.
The role works closely with Security, People, and Finance.
What you'll do
Own the IDP administration, including SSO, MFA, user lifecycle management, groups, policies, and application integrations.
Administer Google Workspace and Slack, including users, permissions, security settings, and collaboration standards.
Manage macOS and Windows endpoints through MDM, including enrollment, configuration, patching, software deployment, and compliance.
Take ownership of employee lifecycle, access provisioning, equipment delivery, and day-to-day IT support.
