We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to own execution for one of Kela's complex, multidisciplinary programs. In this role, you will own program execution end-to-end, from contract award through design, integration, qualification, production, and fielding, acting as the central point of ownership across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer delivery.
What you'll do
Translate program objectives into an executable plan connecting development, procurement, manufacturing, test, and customer milestones.
Identify critical-path, dependencies, resource constraints, and execution risks. Drive mitigation plans and escalate issues when necessary.
Own alignment across engineering, leadership, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Own program reviews, contractual deliverables, and customer submissions.
Track requirements, interfaces, and configuration baselines with engineering, and drive verification and acceptance activities through closure.
Partner with manufacturing and supply chain on production readiness, supplier execution, material availability, build planning, and delivery commitments.
Support proposals, SOWs, and future-phase planning.
Build structure, operating rhythms, and accountability across teams to streamline execution.
