Description
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Account Executive Associate to join our growing team. This role combines sales and account management, with full ownership of the customer journey from closing deals to building long-term client relationships and driving account growth.
This is an early-career opportunity offering hands-on experience across the full sales cycle in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting, including a high volume of cold calls and direct client outreach.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
Conduct ongoing follow-ups and periodic check-ins with clients to drive engagement and uncover growth opportunities.
Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB clients.
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or Customer Success.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Highly proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset.
High level of motivation and drive to succeed in a sales-oriented role.
Team player with strong ownership and accountability.
Experience working with CRM systems is an advantage.
