We're looking for a curious, organized, and highly motivated Junior Marketing Operations Coordinator to join Pango’s Marketing team.

Responsibilities
Support the setup and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnership activities.
Manage marketing operations including coupon codes, benefits, and campaign-related assets.
Coordinate and execute strategic marketing collaborations and partner campaigns end-to-end.
Help execute campaigns with technical setup, segmentation, and reporting support.
Analyze performance metrics across web, app, email, partnerships, and events.
Build reports and support decision-making using Excel, Mixpanel, Braze, and additional marketing tools.
Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI tools.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
Up to 1 year of relevant experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, Advertising, or a related field (outstanding graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills.
High ownership, motivation, and willingness to learn.
Curiosity and passion for AI tools and new technologies - Must
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Advantages
Background in an advertising agency.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Braze, or similar marketing platforms.
Exposure to Marketing Automation tools and customer journey workflows.
Hands-on use of AI tools to improve workflows, productivity, or marketing processes.
