Jeen is looking for an experienced R&D Group Lead to lead multiple engineering teams building our next-generation Enterprise AI platform.
This is a highly technical leadership role combining people management, architecture, and hands-on technical leadership. You'll help shape the technical direction of our platform while partnering closely with Product, Architecture, and Executive leadership to deliver scalable, secure AI solutions for enterprise customers.

What you'll do
Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams and Team Leads, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.
Own the delivery, execution, and technical direction of several engineering domains.
Drive architectural decisions across distributed, cloud-native, and enterprise-scale systems.
Partner closely with Product, Architecture, DevOps, and AI teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Lead strategic platform initiatives, engineering processes, and SDLC improvements.
Balance long-term architectural vision with rapid product delivery.
Drive sprint planning, execution, releases, and engineering best practices.
Recruit, grow, and retain high-performing engineering teams.
Requirements
3+ years of experience leading multiple engineering teams or Group Leads.
10+ years of software development experience, including extensive hands-on experience designing large-scale distributed systems.
Strong experience with our technology stack: React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS
Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and other databases
