Description
Join Jeen Talk and lead the product strategy for our Enterprise Conversational AI platform. You'll own products across AI Voice Agents, Chat Agents, Live Agent Assist, Conversation Intelligence, and Real-Time Translation.
You'll work closely with enterprise customers and engineering teams to define, build, and scale AI products that improve customer experience across voice, chat, and digital channels.
Responsibilities
Own the product lifecycle from discovery to production.
Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
Gather customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Work closely with engineering teams on AI workflows, prompt design, RAG, and agent orchestration.
Define product KPIs, success metrics, and analytics.
Analyze user behavior, product adoption, and customer journeys using analytics tools.
Drive UX improvements across Voice AI and Conversational AI products.
Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and engineering effort.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and R&D throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
3+ years of Product Management experience.
Experience managing B2B or B2B2C SaaS products.
Experience owning products end-to-end from discovery through production.
Strong understanding of Contact Centers, Customer Service operations, and Customer Experience (CX).
Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, GA4, or similar.
Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and Conversational UX.
Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI products.
Ability to understand Python, SQL, REST APIs, and JSON.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building Voice AI or Conversational AI products.
Experience with Contact Center platforms.
Experience with Conversation Analytics and Quality Management.
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
Experience with Vector Databases and semantic search.
Experience working with enterprise customers.
Experience with AI evaluation, observability, and monitoring frameworks.
