Jeen AI is looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our Finance team.
In this role, you will be part of a small, collaborative, and fast-growing finance team, taking ownership of the company's day-to-day bookkeeping activities through trial balance. You will support monthly and quarterly closing processes, prepare recurring financial reports, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping through trial balance.
Process vendor and customer invoices.
Perform bank, credit card, vendor, customer, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Support monthly and quarterly closing activities.
Prepare recurring monthly Excel reports for management and financial control.
Work extensively with the Priority ERP system.
Collaborate with external auditors, consultants, banks, and internal stakeholders.
Assist with financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting analyses.
Work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Senior Bookkeeper or Full-Cycle Bookkeeper.
Experience working in a high-tech company or another fast-paced environment – mandatory.
Experience supporting monthly and quarterly closing processes.
Strong Excel skills, including preparation of recurring financial reports.
Experience working with Priority ERP – mandatory.
High level of independence, ownership, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, service-minded, and able to drive processes end-to-end.
