KELA’s Cyber Intelligence Center is responsible for collecting and analyzing data using a unique automated technology that scans a curated set of cybercrime sources, providing fully targeted and actionable intelligence.
The Threat Intelligence Analyst will conduct research both independently and in collaboration with other team and department members to detect cybersecurity threats and produce analytical reports and other intelligence deliverables.
The successful candidate possesses an intelligence or research background, experience in cybersecurity-related roles, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
What you'll do
Monitor the threat landscape to identify new trends, intelligence sources, threat actors, attack tools, and techniques, providing unique perspectives from both KELA and outsourced sources.
Conduct Open-Source, Deep, and Dark Web research, including collecting, analyzing, cross-referencing, and interpreting data from multiple sources.
Produce threat intelligence reports, in-depth research, and presentations.
Present your research in webinars and client-facing events.
Requirements
3+ years experience as a threat intelligence analyst in a corporate environment
Knowledge of cybercrime landscape, both financially-motivated threat actors and nation-state
Investigative and analytical problem-solving skills
Active interest and creative thinking in cybersecurity
Experience in writing reports for various types of audience in English
Excellent attention to details and ability to organize and prioritize work with little supervision
An ability to operate semi-autonomously to conduct collection, create solutions and support intelligence production
