Own the day-to-day execution of multiple R&D projects in a multidisciplinary environment. You will act as the primary bridge between Product and R&D, ensuring seamless synchronization across shared engineering teams and external 3rd-party partners.
What you'll do
Multi-Disciplinary Sync - Manage dependencies and timelines across HW, SW, and System workstreams to ensure cohesive delivery.
Execution Management - Translate high-level roadmaps into detailed project plans, tracking milestones, risks, interfaces, resources loads and critical paths.
Technical Oversight - Facilitate projects execution practices - from Discovery to Done, using metrics and data to monitor timelines, bottlenecks and workloads.
Risk & Data Tracking - Proactively identify and reflect delivery risks early through execution metrics and KPI's.
External Integration - Lead technical and operational coordination with 3rd party partners for strategic projects.
