We are seeking a Validation Engineer with a strong academic background to join our R&D team.
This is a hands-on role, working on advanced electronic systems and hardware modules, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
What you'll do
Define and execute validation and test plans for electronic boards and hardware modules
Develop and maintain automation frameworks for hardware testing using Python
Build and operate lab setups integrating measurement equipment: oscilloscopes, DVMs, spectrum/network analyzers, power supplies, etc.
Perform end-to-end validation: functional, performance, stress, and regression tests
Analyze test results, investigate failures, and drive root-cause analysis with hardware and firmware teams
Document validation methodologies and generate detailed technical reports
Contribute to improving validation processes, tools, and best practices
