We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to join our R&D team and contribute to the development of an advanced robotic platform for ophthalmic surgery.
The role involves designing, developing, and testing precision mechanisms and test systems as part of a complex, multidisciplinary medical device.
You will collaborate closely with engineers across multiple disciplines and take ownership throughout the development lifecycle—from initial concept and detailed design through prototyping, integration, testing, and transfer to production
What you'll do
Design and develop mechanisms, assemblies, and test rigs throughout the product development lifecycle—from concept generation and detailed design through prototyping, integration, verification, and transfer to production.
Design mechanical solutions incorporating motors, sensors, bearings, gears, and other precision components.
