We are looking for a Member Experience & Operation Specialist with a strong operational mindset, a proactive approach, positive energy, and a passion for providing excellent service and working with people.
This role combines responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the space, real-time problem solving, working with suppliers and different internal interfaces, while providing high-quality service to our members and maintaining an exceptional member experience.

Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the space, identify needs, handle operational tasks, solve problems in real time, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Community Relations Management:
Be the welcoming face of the space and the main point of contact for our members and guests, providing professional, positive, and high-quality service.
Maintenance & Suppliers:
Manage ongoing communication with suppliers and service providers, handle operational requests, follow up on tasks, and maintain high operational standards across the space.
Administration:
Support daily administrative processes, including client onboarding, invoices, purchase orders, and ongoing operational tasks.
Internal Communication:
Collaborate closely with the experience team, operations, maintenance, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflows and excellent service.
Supporting Community Life:
Help create a positive and welcoming environment, support community activities, and assist with events when needed.
Cross-Space Operational Support:
Provide operational support to additional ROOMS locations when required, including ongoing operational needs.
Requirements
1+ year of experience in operations, office management, hospitality, customer service, or a relevant field.
Strong operational orientation and a hands-on approach.
High service awareness and excellent interpersonal skills.
Proactive mindset with ownership and a “can-do” attitude.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Ability to prioritize, solve problems independently, and work in a dynamic environment.
Positive energy, motivation, and passion for working with people.
Strong teamwork skills.
High responsibility and work ethic.
Bachelor’s degree – an advantage.
