About the role
Regulatory & Quality Coordinator
A leading food industry company is seeking a Regulatory & Quality Coordinator for a diverse and challenging role, involving responsibility for regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and support of organizational processes.
What you'll do
Obtain regulatory approval for existing and new raw materials.
Update and maintain raw material approvals in accordance with evolving regulations and requirements.
Prepare regulatory documentation for customers, including Declarations of Compliance (DoC) and various customer-specific declarations.
Maintain and update company procedures and work instructions.
Conduct and document internal audits across company departments.
Collect, process, and analyze data.
Monitor and oversee quality-related activities throughout the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Chemistry – required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – required.
Nice to have
Experience in a food manufacturing environment or the food packaging industry – significant
Familiarity with BRC, HACCP, and ISO 9001:2015 standards
