About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to take ownership of the operational and facilities management of the ROOMS network.

What you'll do
Lead and manage the Regional Operations Managers and the company's Handyman team.
Provide operational support for cross-site issues and serve as the professional point of contact for site teams.
Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers while ensuring high-quality execution and service standards.
Conduct routine operational audits across all ROOMS locations.
Oversee company inventory, furniture, equipment, and logistics between locations.
Lead operational projects, including site upgrades, process improvements, and cost-saving initiatives.
Support and oversee the launch of new ROOMS locations.
Build, implement, and continuously improve operational procedures and cross-functional workflows.
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in Operations Management – required.
At least 2 years of people management experience – required.
Technical understanding and experience in facilities management and building maintenance.
Strong technological orientation, including experience working with Excel and ticketing/work order management systems.
Proven ability to manage vendors and drive collaboration across multiple stakeholders – required.
Strong process improvement skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Willingness to travel regularly between ROOMS locations across Israel.
Valid driver's license – required.

Experience managing maintenance teams, handymen, or operational staff – a significant
