Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of the team’s automation strategy across a wide range of products, including complex IT, networking, and cybersecurity solutions
Own and maintain automation frameworks and testing tools, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adaptability to diverse environments (on-prem, cloud, hybrid)
Design, build, and operate a cybersecurity testing lab, including realistic network topologies, attack simulations, and multi-system integrations
Build and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support fast, secure, and high-quality delivery cycles
Develop and execute end-to-end validation scenarios across networking, infrastructure, and security layers (e.g., protocols, APIs, system integrations)
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, DevOps, and security teams to define test strategies and ensure deep functional and security coverage
Establish best practices for automation, code quality, security testing, and test design, and mentor team members in adopting them
What we’re looking for
Proven experience leading or owning test automation efforts in complex systems, preferably involving networking, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure
Strong hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Cucumber, Selenium, or similar), with ability to adapt them to non-standard environments
Solid programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar
