We're building a new kind of observability platform — one that developers actually want to use.
groundcover is a fast-growing B2D company set to reinvent the way developers monitor their cloud-native applications and impact their organization's scale. We help teams by providing them with the insights they need to troubleshoot better and faster when trouble hits. We believe that even the most complex systems can have a flawless and amazing user journey.
As the heart of groundcover is our sensor - an eBPF - powered agent that runs inside our customers' clusters and captures rich telemetry with near-zero overhead. The Sensor team owns this critical piece of the product: the code that runs closest to the data, on every node, in every customer environment.
We’re looking for a Low-Level Developer to join the team - someone who loves working close to the kernel, cares deeply about performance, and wants their code measured in nanoseconds and bytes.
What you'll do
Design and build the in-cluster sensor that powers groundcover's observability platform
Write low-overhead, high-performance instrumentation using eBPF and Go
Tackle hard problems in Linux internals, networking, and protocol parsing
