What you'll do
We're looking for a talented and people focused HR manager to join Kaltura for a 7 month maternity leave cover. This is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of our Global HR team, gain exposure to a dynamic international tech environment, and make a meaningful impact on the employee experience.
You will work closely with employees and managers across the organization while supporting key HR operations, programs, and processes. This role combines hands-on HR support with operational excellence, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both working with people and driving impactful HR initiatives.
Support employees and managers on HR-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
Work closely with the divisional HRBPs to support business needs and initiatives
Manage onboarding, offboarding, leave management, internal mobility, employee data updates, and other HR-related processes.
Conduct onboarding check-ins and employee conversations to support a positive employee experience.
Manage and maintain employee data within our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance while generating reports and insights.
Coordinate and support global HR programs and annual people processes.
Assist with HR communications, documentation, workflow management, and employee records.
Partner with the broader HR team to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
Help ensure a seamless, high-quality HR experience for employees and managers across the organization.
Ideally, We're Looking For:
2-4 years of HR experience in an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or People Operations Partner, preferably in a high-tech environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong service-oriented mindset.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
Strong administrative and operational capabilities, including experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Analytical mindset and comfort working with HR systems, reports, and employee data.
A proactive, can-do approach and passion for creating a positive employee experience.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Fluent English, both written and verbal.
Team player who enjoys collaboration, learning, and contributing to a supportive HR culture.
