Job Description
About the role
Location:Kfar Saba, IL (hybrid)
ERGO NEXT's mission is to help entrepreneurs thrive. We’re doing that by building the only technology-led, full-stack provider of small business insurance in the industry, taking on the entire value chain and transforming the customer experience.
Simply put, wherever you find small businesses, you’ll find ERGO NEXT.
Since 2016, we’ve helped hundreds of thousands of small business customers across the United States get fast, customized and affordable coverage. We’re backed by industry leaders in insurance and tech, and we still have room to grow — that’s where you come in.
ERGO NEXT is two strong brands becoming one. The Employer Brand Lead role is a new, foundational role where you will be the first person dedicated to shaping how ERGO NEXT shows up to talent, everywhere we hire. This isn't a marketing-adjacent nice-to-have. It's core infrastructure for a Talent Acquisition team hiring well across the US, Israel, and beyond during a period of real change.
What you'll do
Lead the global engineering employer brand into one coherent ERGO NEXT story: messaging, visual identity guardrails, tone of voice, and compelling narrative
Own our presence on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, career site, and other candidate-facing channels: content, cadence, and voice
Partner with the people, communications and marketing teams to build role- and market-specific attraction content
Develop employee storytelling programs (spotlights, "day in the life," leadership visibility) that give candidates real signal
Track and respond to how we're perceived externally: ratings, sentiment, competitor positioning and bring that intel back to Talent Acquisition and People leadership
Build reusable content and messaging that recruiters can deploy directly in outreach, job postings, and candidate conversations
Support employer brand presence at events, campus programs, and conferences as we scale global hiring
What We Need
5+ years in global employer branding, talent marketing, or a hybrid TA/brand role, bonus points for having done this through a merger, acquisition, or major rebrand
Strong understanding of the Israeli tech talent market and workplace culture, with hands-on experience supporting Engineering/R&D talent attraction in Israel.
Experience working in or supporting a global, ideally US-based, technology organization, with an understanding of how employer brand and talent attraction operate across global and local markets.
Proven ability to build an EVP from scratch or unify one from disparate sources, not just execute someone else's playbook.
Comfortable operating globally. Understands that "one brand" doesn't mean one-size-fits-all messaging across US and Israel markets.
Strong writer and storyteller who can also use data to measure success.

Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that some underrepresented people are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At ERGO NEXT, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
