Medison is seeking a Head of Marketing & Communications to define, lead, and shape the company’s positioning to the world at a critical stage of its global growth.
This is a unique and high-impact role, responsible for building and driving the company’s global positioning, narrative, and voice across multiple stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, biotech partners, and employees.

The Impact You’ll Create
As the creator and leader of the global commercialization platform, Medison requires a distinctive and forward-thinking marketing and communications strategy. In this role, you will play a critical part in articulating and elevating Medison’s identity, ensuring clarity, consistency, and differentiation across all communications, while strengthening our presence and visibility within the global biotech ecosystem.
You are expected to define, lead, and personally deliver key strategic outputs, including messaging frameworks, presentations, investor materials, and strategic content; all while maintaining a builder mentality and showcasing strong execution skills.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely on planning and executing high-impact communications and strategic narratives, while operating with a high degree of independence and driving outputs end-to-end.
Responsibilities
What You Will Lead:
1. Strategic Marketing & Positioning
Lead Medison’s global positioning and brand strategy, clearly articulating our unique platform and value proposition
Develop and communicate compelling narratives tailored to key stakeholders: investors, banks, biotech partners, and internal audiences
Translate the business model into clear, differentiated, and impactful messaging
Lead marketing efforts for corporate initiatives and strategic projects
Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all geographies and business units
2. External Communications
Own and drive Medison’s external communications strategy and execution
Build and nurture relationships with media, key conferences, and industry platforms
Position Medison as a distinct and credible global player in the biotech ecosystem
Manage external vendors and partners to ensure high-quality delivery
3. Internal Communications & Engagement
Lead internal communication efforts to strengthen employee engagement, alignment, and connection to Medison’s vision and values
Ensure clear, transparent, and inspiring communication across the organization
Support leadership communication and key organizational messages
Work closely with the HR team to support initiatives and leverage communication effectively, including change management and other activities requiring a structured and professional approach
4. Team Leadership
Lead and develop a high-performing marketing and communications team
Drive alignment, collaboration, and consistency across regions and functions
Foster a culture that reflects Medison’s values: can-do approach, ownership, thinking outside the box, collaboration, and care
Ensure agility and responsiveness to changing business needs and market dynamics
Requirements
What You Bring:
Experience & Background
Proven track record of 15+ year in senior marketing and/or communications leadership roles within global organizations
Strong experience working closely with executive leadership and influencing at the highest organizational levels
Demonstrated success in shaping and leading global positioning, brand strategy, and corporate narrative at scale
Experience in public companies and/or investor-facing environments
Experience building and leading high-performing teams
Background in dynamic, evolving environments; experience in pharma is not a must
